Our Mission
South Africa faces a critical skills gap in technology, while youth unemployment remains one of the highest in the world. We believe that accessible, high-quality tech education is the key to changing this narrative.
HardCoded is a learning platform specifically designed for South African IT students who are passionate about software engineering. We provide courses in Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, and AI/ML skills - all optimized for South African conditions including load shedding, data costs, and local payment methods.
Our goal is simple: to upskill South African students and prepare them for successful careers in technology.

About YoungDeltas
YoungDeltas was founded to tackle South Africa's youth unemployment head on. Their 4+1 model puts young consultants on real client work 4 days a week. The fifth day is spent learning how to run a business.
Businesses get genuine consulting value, and young professionals aged 18 to 35 get real experience and a real income.
