A note from the founder
I studied IT, then spent decades building enterprise systems and integrations across industries where failure isn't an option. Somewhere along that journey, I took a detour into teaching and it changed everything.
Because teaching doesn't just show you what people know. It shows you what they're missing.
Over the years, I've worked closely with aspiring developers, helping with career paths, refining CVs, preparing for interviews and navigating that daunting first step into the industry. And a pattern kept emerging.
The talent was there. The drive was there.
But the proof? The visibility? The opportunity?
