A note from the founder
After decades in software integration and enterprise technology, and years of mentoring young developers through career planning, CV reviews, and that first job search, I kept seeing the same thing: real talent, overlooked, not for lack of ability, but for lack of a visible track record.
HardCoded was built from those conversations. The late-night coaching sessions, the "where do I even start?" moments, the students who just needed someone to believe in them and show them the path. Our mission goes beyond teaching code. It's to give you the roadmap, the credentials, and the backing to walk into any interview with confidence.
